Disinfecting
The clean somebody has to account for.
Sanitising high-touch areas is one line in an office contract and the whole job on a medical or shared-facility site. The difference is that somebody has to be able to say when it was last done.

What it is
A defined round, at a stated interval.
Sanitising high-touch areas is a named line in every office contract we run. It means a defined round over the surfaces everybody puts a hand on, at the interval the contract sets, by cleaners trained in our own systems, products and equipment.
We do not make medical claims: no pathogen named and no kill rate quoted. Ask us for the product data sheet if your site needs one on file.
The surfaces
- Door handles and push plates
- Light switches and power points
- Lift buttons and handrails
- Shared desks and counters
The rooms
- Kitchens and tea points
- Bathrooms and change rooms
- Meeting rooms and reception
- Common areas

A washroom nobody had kept on top of, before we started and after we finished. The staining inside the bowl rim did not come out.

A local health district and three retail brands, all on our books.

Two ways to buy it
A line in the contract, or the whole job.
Most sites
A line in the office contract
Sanitising high-touch areas is already a named line in every office contract we run, done every visit. If you are on our books, this page describes something you already get.
What the contract can change is the round and the interval: a shared-desk office or a waiting room can have its round run more often than the rest of the scope.
Medical and shared facilities
The whole job, with a record
On a medical or shared-facility site the round is the contract: the surfaces are listed, the interval is stated, and somebody can always say when it was last done. Southern NSW Local Health District is on our books.
Tell us what your site has to be able to show, and the contract is written so it can show it.

Some sites need a schedule. Some need a signature. Say which, and the contract is written to it.
