Fyshwick and Mitchell
The trade belt, and the machines it takes.
Fyshwick and Mitchell hold most of Canberra's warehouses, workshops, trade merchants and showrooms. Slabs, roller doors, forecourts and hardstand: these are floors for a ride-on sweeper or scrubber, not a mop and bucket.

The machines
Available, and they travel with the crew.
A Tennant scrubber and walk-behind scrubbers, an LPG ride-on sweeper, a petrol rotary surface cleaner and a Polivac extractor. Boom and scissor lifts are available where the job needs them.
A slab, a hardstand and a loading dock are machine work. We bring the machine and the operator who runs it.

Our process
How a trade-belt job gets priced
Step 01
Say the floor area and the hours
A warehouse in Fyshwick, a workshop in Mitchell, a showroom judged from the road. Tell us the building and when it can be worked.
Step 02
A walkthrough, then a price
We walk the slab, the amenities and the yard before we put a number on it, and the price names which machines are coming.
Step 03
Machine and operator
The scrubber or sweeper arrives with the crew that runs it, on a round that suits your trading hours. If anything needs further attention, we return to address it.
