What a bond clean is here

Every line on the docket, before you book.

We publish thirteen fixed prices for a bond clean, from a one-bedroom flat at $445 to a six-bedroom, three-bathroom house at $1,230. Everything in the list below is inside that number. Everything that is not is a named extra with a price of its own, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the day.

Five of the eighteen possible bed-and-bath combinations have no published price, and we will not quote you a number nobody wrote down. Ring the office for one of those five.

How it works

Step 01

Price it, then book the date

Read your price off the table above, add any extras that apply to your place, and ring with the day the furniture comes out. We clean after the removalist, not around them.

Step 02

Hand us an empty house

Leave the power and water connected so the oven, the hot water and the vacuum all work, and arrange the key with us or your agent. You do not need to be there while we clean.

Step 03

The agent walks through

The final inspection happens on the agent’s schedule, not ours, and the guarantee waits for it: if the report picks up something we missed, ring the office and we return to address it.

Who signs it off

Agents across Canberra recommend us

Whether your bond comes back is not decided by the person holding the mop. It is decided at the final inspection, by the agent walking the property with a report in their hand. Agents across Canberra recommend us for end of lease cleaning.

01Cleaned to the inspectionThe inclusions list above is the standard we hand a property back at: every room, the oven inside and out, the interior of the cupboards, the shower screens and tiles. That list is the standard we clean a property to.
02The price does not move afterwardsThirteen bed-and-bath combinations, each with a fixed price published above. What you are quoted before the clean is what you pay after it, and every extra is named and priced before we start.
03If something is picked up, we come backIf the final inspection picks up something we missed, ring the office and we return and address it.
