Six things, inside a house

Regular, one-off, or the clean before an inspection.

Moving out, it is the end of tenancy clean, and the agent is who it has to satisfy. Staying put, it is the regular visit that holds a house where you want it, or a one-off that catches it back up first. Carpets, rugs, upholstery and mattresses are their own machines and their own prices, cleaned on the same booking if you want them together.

$130 a visit

House cleaning, weekly or fortnightly

The same cleaner at your door each visit, so nothing has to be explained twice. Weekly and fortnightly cost the same, and chemicals and equipment come with us.

From $445, fixed

End of tenancy

Thirteen bed-and-bath combinations, each with a fixed price, plus 21 named extras and the full inclusions list room by room.

By the hour

Spring and one-off cleaning

The heavier clean before an inspection, after an event, or when a house needs more than the regular visit. Priced by the hour, worked to your priorities.

Per room, per item

Carpet and rug cleaning

Hot water extraction, priced per room rather than per square metre. Rugs are priced by size.

Priced per item

Upholstery and mattress cleaning

Sofas, armchairs, ottomans and every mattress size, each one priced as its own line.

DVA and NDIS

Regular cleaning, DVA

Booking a home clean

How it works

Step 01

Work out your own price

Every rate on this page leads to a table, not a call-back: the visit price, the bond packages, the per-room carpet rates. Or answer the price wizard and it does the adding for you.

Step 02

Ring with the address and the date

The office answers Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Say where the house is and when it needs doing, and we tell you on the phone what we can schedule.

Step 03

The clean happens as priced

Chemicals and equipment arrive with the cleaner, and on a regular round the same person comes back each visit. If anything needs further attention, we return to address it.

Ring the office and say when.

The price of a house clean and of a bond clean is on this site. Ring with the address and the date you need it done, and we will tell you what we can schedule.
