Office cleaning
Floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, bins and the high-touch points, on whatever interval the office runs at. The scope is set out line by line before anybody signs it.
Common property
Strata cleaning
Lobbies, lifts, stairwells, bin rooms and basement car parks, including the ride-on sweeper work most cleaners subcontract out. The sweeper is available.
Slabs, decks and loading areas
Warehouse and industrial
Ride-on scrubber and sweeper work across warehouse slabs and basement decks, for the transport, distribution and trade sites on our books.
Shopfronts, glass and floors
Retail and showroom
Shops, showrooms and dealerships, cleaned around trading hours. Entry glass, hard floors and the finishes a customer walks past on the way in.
High-touch areas
Disinfecting and sanitising
Wiping and disinfecting the surfaces everybody puts a hand on, to the interval the contract sets.

Priced per visit, after a walkthrough.
We do not quote a building we have not stood in. Somebody comes out, walks the site, counts what is actually there, and prices the contract against it.
