Construction
Handover cleans, site sheds and heavy floors.
Twelve jobs for ten head contractors: a hospital, a council building, a federal department building, a hotel, and apartment and townhouse stages of new housing. We clean the site while the job runs and hand the building back before the inspection.

Two jobs on a site
One while it runs, one before it is handed over.
Before the inspection
Handover cleans
The clean that decides whether a certifier signs. Heavy floors, internal glass, joinery interiors, and the tracks and edges an inspection opens first.
While the job runs
Site sheds and amenities
Daily or weekly cleaning for site offices, lunchrooms, bathrooms, change rooms and shared amenities, with consumables supplied and restocked.
Our work
On the sites we have cleaned.
Twelve construction jobs for ten head contractors, each one named beside the builder who ran it. Every crew in these photographs is on a live site, in hard hats and hi-vis, with the machine that floor needed. Our cleaners hold White Cards and are trained in asbestos and silica awareness.

How it runs
From your call to the handover.
Step 01
Name the site and the stage
The address, the floor area, the programme date and where the trades are up to. A call or an email is enough to start.
Step 02
We walk it and price it
We come out and walk the site with you, then price the work: shed servicing through the programme, the handover clean against the inspection date, or both together.
Step 03
We clean while the job runs
Sheds and amenities on the days we agree, and the handover clean booked backwards from the date the certifier is coming. If anything needs further attention, we return to address it.
