Upholstery
Seven kinds of seat
A three-seater sofa, a wing chair, a pouf and an office chair are four different jobs, and each carries its own price.
The machine is the same hot water extractor that does the carpets, a Polivac Predator MkII with the upholstery tool on it.
Mattresses
Five mattress sizes
King down to crib. Usually booked alongside a carpet clean or a bond clean, because the machine is already in the house.
The wand changes for a mattress; the machine does not.

Worth cleaning
Sleep on it the same night.
A queen mattress costs less to clean than most sheet sets cost to buy, and a sofa that has raised a family usually has years left under what the wand pulls out. Extraction is the point: the machine pushes hot solution in and draws it straight back, so fabric is left damp rather than wet through.
