How does regular house cleaning work in Canberra, and what does it cost?
We clean your house weekly or fortnightly from $130 plus GST for the first 2 hours, and the same cleaner comes each visit, on the same weekday at the same time. Every visit is at least 2 hours, and our cleaner brings the chemicals and the equipment.
The same cleaner, the same day
A regular clean is a standing booking. We roster one of our own cleaners to your house, and that person comes back each visit, so you are not explaining the house again every fortnight.

Our cleaners are employed by us. We do not send whoever is free that morning.
What the first visit decides
On the first visit our cleaner talks through what matters most with you. The hours go there first. If the hours you have booked will not cover the whole house, you choose what comes first and we work down from there.
People sometimes expect two cleaners to mean double the time. If two cleaners attend for one hour, that counts as two hours of cleaning.
What it costs
$130
plus GST, the first 2 hours
Nothing is booked until our office rings you. If you are on a DVA or NDIS plan, the same clean runs on the DVA and NDIS rates, with one cleaner assigned to you in the same way, and the NDIS rate carries no GST.
Which clean to book
If your house is in good order and you want to keep it that way
Book a regular clean, weekly or fortnightly.
If it has been a while and the oven and the cupboards need doing
Start with a spring clean, then a regular clean holds the house there.
If you are moving out and the agent will inspect
Book an end of lease clean, which has its own fixed price.
