Blue Cleaning Group / Canberra / Inner South

Inner South

The Parliamentary Triangle, and the strips beside it.

Barton and Forrest are an office precinct with departments, associations and diplomatic missions in them. Kingston, Manuka and Griffith behind them are retail and hospitality strips. Most of that cleaning happens outside their own trading hours.

Who we already clean for

Ongoing contracts, not one-off visits.

Twenty-eight organisations are on our books for daily, weekly or fortnightly cleaning. Among them are two embassies, a university building, an eye surgery, national retail brands, engineering, legal, accounting and property firms, a church diocese and a signage manufacturer. Several of them are in this district.

Quality control is at the heart of what we do. Every cleaner is trained in our own systems, products and equipment, and supervisors monitor the teams and change the plan when the way a building is used changes.

Our process

How a contract starts here

Step 01

Tell us the floor and the hours

An office in Barton, a shopfront in Kingston, a house in Forrest. Say what the building is and when it can be cleaned.

Step 02

A walkthrough, then a price

Buildings are priced after we walk them, against a ten-point checklist. Homes skip the walkthrough and run on published rates.

Step 03

A supervised round

Trained cleaners with a supervisor across the round, consumables supplied. If anything needs further attention, we return to address it.
