Window cleaning questions

Can the windows go on our building contract?

Yes. On our retail and showroom cleaning contracts the glass is cleaned on the frequency written into the contract. On a strata cleaning contract the windows sit with the common area cleaning and the car park, so the owners corporation deals with one company.

Can you send a certificate of currency?

Yes. We send the certificate of currency on request, for the building manager or the committee's file.

Can the windows be cleaned outside business hours?

Yes. Like the rest of our exterior cleaning, window cleaning is scheduled to suit the site, and after hours where needed.

Are your window cleaners your own staff?

Yes. Every cleaner is employed directly by us and clocks in and out on site.
