How we work

A deep clean first, then a plan that holds.

Our system of establishing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene has three steps: a visit to see the site as it actually is, a deep clean to set the baseline, and a maintenance plan our supervisors keep watching.

The three stages

Consultation, deep clean, maintenance

Stage 01

Consultation

Our cleaning professionals visit your sites to determine the current state of cleanliness. Based on a ten-point checklist, we create a deep cleaning plan to establish a baseline for future maintenance, and we outline the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance routine for the year ahead.

Stage 02

Deep clean

The deep clean is the first step in establishing a routine of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance. It sets the stage for maintaining the sanitation of your buildings and properties over the long term. Depending on how your properties are used, we schedule additional deep cleans quarterly, biannually or yearly.

Stage 03

Maintenance

Your customised maintenance plan begins right away. Supervisors continuously monitor our cleaning teams to make sure the plan keeps meeting your needs, and modify it to accommodate changes to building demands and use.

The same three stages run in an embassy, a distribution warehouse and a shop, because the checklist is about the building in front of us, not the category it belongs to.

Quality control

How the standard holds afterwards.

01Quality control is at the heart of what we doBehind that is a routine of weekly, monthly and annual maintenance, set against how the building is actually used.
02The plan is written down before it startsThe deep clean establishes the baseline, and the daily, weekly and monthly routine for the year ahead is outlined at the consultation.
03Supervisors watch the workSupervisors continuously monitor our teams, and they modify the plan when the demands on a building change.

Training

Our systems, products and equipment

Every cleaner is trained in our systems, products and equipment. That means the way we work a room, which chemical goes on which surface, and how each machine is run.

It is why the same crew can run a ride-on scrubber, a rotary surface cleaner and a carpet extractor on the one contract.

Cover

Bonded and insured

Our cleaners are bonded and insured, and we can send the certificate of currency on request.

Send us the building and how it is used. Stage one is a visit: we walk it and record the state it is in now.
