The visit is the same on all three rates.

01DVA$175.78 for the first 2 hours, then $87.89 an hour, including GST.

02NDIS$120.20 for the first 2 hours, then $60.10 an hour, with no GST.

03Standard$143 for the first 2 hours, then $71.50 an hour, including GST. See house cleaning.

How it works

Step 01

Ring with your question

Eligibility is between you and DVA or the NDIS. Ring the office with the question and we can tell you who to ask.

Step 02

Ringing for someone else

If you are arranging cleaning for a parent or a friend, ring on their behalf. Say whose house it is, where it is, and what they are finding hard to keep up with.

Step 03

One cleaner for the house

One cleaner is rostered to the house and comes on the same weekday at the same time, with chemicals and equipment.

Can I book a shorter visit on the DVA or NDIS rate?

No. Every visit is at least 2 hours on either rate, and a longer visit is priced by the hour.

Can I choose what the cleaner does each visit?

Yes. On the first visit the cleaner talks through what matters most to you, and the hours go there, as on our standard regular house cleaning.

Do you clean on an insurance claim?

Yes. Some people ring us with an insurance claim that covers cleaning for a set time. Ring the office with the details of the claim and how long it runs.

Do you clean on these rates in Queanbeyan?

Yes. We clean homes on the DVA and NDIS rates across Canberra and Queanbeyan.
