Who cleans the site, and how do we know they were there?
Every cleaner on the contract is our own employee and clocks in and out on site. Supervisors check the work, as on every contract we run: how we work.
Can the yard and the forecourt go on the same contract as the floor?
Yes. The slab and the yard go on one contract with the offices under warehouse and industrial cleaning, and forecourts get the petrol rotary surface cleaner from our high pressure cleaning.
Can the showroom be cleaned before we open?
Yes. Retail and showroom cleaning runs after hours or during the day, whichever suits the showroom, and the glass and the hard floor are done on the same visit.
Do you clean the amenities and lunchroom as well as the slab?
Yes. The office and amenities are cleaned by hand on the same scope as our office cleaning, and the slab by machine. Washroom consumables are supplied on the contract.
