We clean warehouses and industrial sites on contract, by machine. Transport and distribution warehouses, and trade and retail branches in Fyshwick and Mitchell, are among the twenty-eight locations on our ongoing contracts.
The scope
What we clean in a warehouse.
The slab and the yard are cleaned by machine and the office and amenities by hand, on the same contract. Both scopes are written down before the contract starts, and further deep cleans are booked quarterly, twice a year or yearly, as on every contract we run.

Warehouse cleaning questions
Do you bring an operator for the scrubber?
Yes. We bring the machine and the operator who runs it, and a boom or scissor lift where the job needs one.
Do you cover Hume and the other industrial suburbs?
Yes. Hume and Symonston are on our list for cleaners in Fyshwick and Mitchell. Three of our standing contract sites are in Fyshwick and Mitchell themselves.
Are washroom consumables included for the amenities?
Yes. Washroom consumables are supplied and restocked on our commercial contracts, as they are on an office contract.
Can you send insurance and accreditation papers before we sign?
Yes. Our cleaners are bonded and insured, and we hold ISO 9001 accreditation. We send the certificate of currency and the accreditation documents on request.
