Warehouse and industrial
Warehouse floors, cleaned by machine.
Twenty-eight organisations are on daily, weekly or fortnightly contracts with us, among them transport and distribution warehouses and trade merchants we clean at two branches each. The slab goes on a ride-on or walk-behind scrubber.

The scope
What we clean in a warehouse.
A warehouse is two jobs on one visit: the slab and the yard by machine, and the office and amenities by hand. Both scopes are written down before the contract starts, the visits are scheduled around the hours the site runs, and every contract begins with a walkthrough and a deep clean before the routine settles: how we work.
Office and amenities
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Emptying bins
- Sanitising high-touch areas
- Cleaning common areas
Outside the building
- Building washing
- Loading aprons and hardstand
- Walkways and footpaths
- Driveway cleaning
- Car parks and outdoor areas
- The forecourt at the front

The equipment
Four machines for a warehouse job.

One contractor
The slab and the yard on one invoice.
A site with a cleaner for the offices, a sweeper contractor for the yard and a pressure washing contractor for the hardstand is managing three companies, three certificates of currency and three invoices. We do all three on one contract.

Floor area, what the floor carries, and how the amenities are done now. That is enough to book a walkthrough.
