Office cleaning
Cleaned around the hours you keep.
We clean offices weekly, fortnightly or monthly, on whatever interval the floor actually needs. After hours where the floor is busy, or during the day where a building wants to see who is in it.

The scope, in full
What is in an office contract.
Six lines, the same six on every visit, written down before anybody signs. Anything the office needs beyond them, carpet extraction, internal glass, a periodic deep clean, goes in as its own line, so there is never an argument later about what was included.
The floors and surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Sanitising high-touch areas
The rooms everybody shares
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Emptying bins
- Cleaning common areas
Washroom paper, hand towel and soap are supplied and restocked on the same contract, so running out is our problem to notice, not yours.

Some of the businesses we clean for, from a health district to a design engineering practice.

The first month
How an office comes onto the books.
Stage 01
We walk the floor
Somebody comes to the office, after hours if that is when we would be cleaning it, and records the state of it against a ten-point checklist. The scope and the interval are written from what is actually there, not from a floor plan.
Stage 02
A deep clean sets the baseline
The first visit is a deep clean, so the routine starts from clean rather than from wherever the last cleaner left off. Every visit after it is held to that baseline.
Stage 03
The routine, watched
The regular visits begin, and a supervisor keeps checking them against the plan. When the office changes, more desks, a new tenancy, a fit-out underway, the plan is modified rather than quietly left behind.
What the contract carries
Four things beyond the scope list.
