The scope, and how often each part is cleaned, are set per building at the walkthrough. Every contract starts with a ten-point checklist and a deep clean.

Strata cleaning questions

Can the common areas be cleaned outside office hours?

Yes. We schedule cleans to suit the building, and on a commercial contract that includes outside office hours, the same as our office cleaning contracts.

How often does the building get a deep clean?

The first visit is a deep clean that sets the baseline. After that, how the building is used sets how often the deep clean comes back, anywhere from quarterly to yearly (how we work).

What happens when the building's needs change?

Supervisors monitor the cleaning teams and change the maintenance plan when the building's use or demands change.

Do you look after buildings in Queanbeyan?

Yes. We clean across Canberra and in Queanbeyan, over the border in NSW, from our office in Turner.
