How do you get a quote for office cleaning in Canberra?
We quote office cleaning after we come out and walk the site with you, and the walkthrough is free. A clear quote and a contract follow, for you to accept or decline.
Why an office has no published price
Our house cleaning, bond cleans and carpet are priced online, from a calculator. Offices are priced after a visit, along with strata buildings and construction sites, because the scope and the interval come from what we find on the floor. Melody set the rule out when the website was being built.
At the end of tenancies, basically all residential work, you can sort of get an estimation online but for the commercial and also all those construction and strata things, we do have to request a quote and we come and see them.
What the walkthrough looks at
We check the office against a ten-point checklist. From that we write the scope and how often we visit, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, on whatever interval the floor needs. The scope is written down before the contract starts.
The same six lines are in every office visit:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Sanitising high-touch areas
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Emptying bins
- Cleaning common areas
Anything else the office needs goes into the contract as its own line. That can include carpet extraction, window cleaning with the tracks and frames, glass at height, and deep cleans through the year. We also ask when the floor is busy. Where it is busy during the day, we clean after hours.

A deep clean sets the baseline
The first visit is a deep clean, and every visit after it is held to that standard.

The routine begins, supervised
A supervisor checks the work against the plan, and the plan changes when the office does.

What comes with the contract
Every cleaner on an office contract is employed by us and trained in our systems, products and equipment, and they clock in and out on site. Supervisors monitor the teams on site and keep the work to the plan.
Washroom paper, hand towel and soap are supplied and restocked on the same contract. We can send the certificate of currency if your file needs one.
The carpets, the internal glass, the car park and the facade glass can all be done by our own cleaners on one contract. A building with common areas and a car park is quoted the same way on our strata cleaning page, so the owners corporation deals with one company.
