What are the extras on a bond clean in Canberra, and what do they cost?
Our bond clean package covers the rooms and items on the inclusions list, and anything outside that list is a named extra with its own price on the rate card. The extras run from $20 plus GST for a microwave to $180 plus GST for a triple storey, and each one is priced before the clean.
What the package already covers
The package price is set by bedrooms and bathrooms, and the bond clean price guide has the full rate card. Inside it are the cupboards and drawers inside and out, the stove, hotplates and rangehood, the outside of the oven and the fridge, the shower screens and tiles, the internal windows and the skirting boards. An extra is anything the list leaves out. The inside of the oven is one of them, at $55 plus GST, because the package cleans the oven from the outside only.
Storeys and a furnished property
A double storey is $120 plus GST and a triple storey is $180 plus GST, each added to the package price for the size of the property.
So the extras sometimes properties are furnished and that's an add-on.

Extra rooms past the standard size
The package counts bedrooms and bathrooms. A second toilet, a second living area, a theatre room or a garage sits outside that count, so each has its own line.

Booking by the hour instead
An end of lease clean can also be booked by the hour. The minimum is four hours, and on an hourly booking the extras stop being lines on the price. You tell us what matters most and our cleaner works that list first, inside the hours you book.
