Will four hours cover an end of lease clean booked by the hour?
Not always. An hourly booking buys our cleaner's time, not a finished property, so our cleaner starts with what you chose first, and whatever is left when the hours run out stays undone.
What the hours buy
An end of lease clean can be booked two ways. The fixed package is priced by bedrooms and bathrooms, and the whole inclusions list is inside that price. The hourly booking is priced by the time, with a minimum of four hours.
On the hourly booking there are no extras to tick. You choose what comes first, and our cleaner starts there. The oven, the balcony and the other jobs you name go on the list and come out of your hours. Carpet steam cleaning is booked on top of the hours.
| Fixed package | By the hour | |
|---|---|---|
| What sets the price | The bedrooms and bathrooms | The hours booked, four at the least |
| What gets done | Every item on the inclusions list | Your list, in your order, until the time is used |
| If the property fails inspection | Tell us within seven days and we come back and put it right, at no charge. | Ring our office and ask |
| The inside of the oven | A named extra, on top of the package | On your list, inside your hours |
What decides how far four hours go
Two things: how big the property is and how dirty it is. A one bedroom flat that was kept clean and a four bedroom house after a long tenancy are not the same job, and the same list takes a different number of hours in each.
People sometimes see the full inclusions list and read four hours as the price of all of it. It is the price of four hours.
Yes, we can do everything as long as you give us enough time.
You can book more hours. Each extra hour is charged.
If two cleaners come, they share the hours you booked. Four hours with two cleaners is two hours each, not four hours each.
Which one to book
If you have done most of it yourself and only some jobs are left
Book by the hour. Name those jobs when you ring, most important first.
If you want us to clean the whole property
Book the fixed package. Every room and item on the inclusions list is inside the price, and the inside of the oven and the other named extras go on top of it.
If you are not sure how long your place will take
Ring our office with your bedrooms and bathrooms and talk it through before you choose.
