How much does a house clean cost in Canberra?
A regular house clean with us is $130 plus GST for the first 2 hours, then $65 plus GST for each hour after that, and weekly and fortnightly visits are the same rate. A spring or one-off clean is $350 plus GST for the first 4 hours, then $87.50 plus GST an hour.
What the hours cost
A house clean is priced by the hour, with a minimum block at the start. Every regular visit is at least 2 hours, and a spring or one-off booking runs at least 4 hours. Each hour past the minimum is charged at the hourly rate for that clean.

Weekly costs no more an hour than fortnightly. Choose the interval that suits the house, and the rate stays where it is. The DVA and NDIS rates are the same clean with the same cleaner each visit, and the DVA and NDIS page has how to arrange it.
Two cleaners share the hours
Sometimes we send two cleaners to a house. The hours you book are the hours of cleaning, shared between them. If two cleaners attend for one hour, that counts as two hours of cleaning.

What makes a visit longer
The size of the house and the state it is in decide how far the hours go. A bigger house takes longer, and so does a house that has gone a while between cleans. You can book more hours to get further down the list, and each extra hour is charged at the hourly rate.
On the first visit your cleaner talks through what matters most, and the hours go there first. If the hours will not cover the whole house, you choose what comes first.
On a spring clean, the oven, the fridge and the inside of the cupboards go on your list and come out of your hours, with no separate charge. Carpet steam cleaning can be added on top of your hours, priced per carpeted room on the carpet and rug page.
What is not charged
Chemicals and equipment come with the cleaner, on every regular visit and every one-off. You do not supply cleaning products and they are not a line on the price.

How it is booked
You pick weekly or fortnightly and the hours in the calculator on the house cleaning page, or for a deep clean on the spring and one-off page. The calculator prints each line excluding and including GST. Nothing is booked until our office rings you.
