What does a bond clean include?

Every room is dusted, wiped, vacuumed and mopped, and the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are cleaned inside the cupboards and out. The inside of the oven, the carpets and anything else off the inclusions list are booked on top.

• Skirting boards and air vents
• Internal cobwebs
• Mirrors and glass-top surfaces, cleaned and polished

What sits outside the package

The package covers the rooms and items above. The inside of the oven and the inside of the fridge are named extras, and so are a second storey, a furnished property, a garage, a balcony and the external cobwebs. Carpet steam cleaning is always separate, booked by the carpeted room.

If you only need part of the property done, an end of lease clean can also be booked by the hour. Then you choose what comes first, and our cleaner starts there.

What you do not have to do

You do not have to be there on the day. Tell our office who holds the key, and we collect it and hand it back to the agent when the clean is done. How the key moves has the detail.
